This patient was happy for many years with her original breast implants, done about ten years before she presented for a revision mammoplasty. Over time she exhibits lateralization and bottoming out of her implants. A surgical plan was devised to uplift the breast and reset her implant pocket using the advanced internal bra material called Galaflex, which creates strong internal support for the new implant position. In addition to the Galaflex mesh, her implant size was 275 cc high profile mentor memory gel implants.
