Arm Lift

What is the arm lift procedure?

The basic steps of the arm lift procedure are as follows:

FAQ

An arm lift can be performed with a combination of local anesthesia and intravenous sedation, or “twilight sedation.” The tumescent fluid injected into the upper arms to loosen the fat and numb the area allows for sufficient pain control for most patients.

Initially, the scars will be visible. Over time, they fade to appear as a thin white line, which is not particularly noticeable but can be seen if you raise your arm, revealing the underside.

Many patients choose to have more than one procedure. The decision about whether this is possible will reflect your general health and the surgeries. In many cases, a breast lift, breast augmentation, or upper body lift can be performed along with an arm lift.
